The dude is super close to baseline

Demitri sits at 650 kilotons by scaling to Byleth, that's 6,5 times greater then baseline High 7-C which is 100 kilotons. I have a hard time understanding joules, but i know Edelgard has far lower AP to the point that i believe Dimitri one-shots.
