In a series, a demon called the "Mountain Demon" (Atlas) creates an enormous Earthquake with his shout which uproots the ground itself and sends buildings flying, which can be felt across the entirety of a large city he is aiming to destroy.

What magnitude would this be?

XII. Extreme	Damage is total. Waves are seen on ground surfaces. Lines of sight and level are distorted. Objects are thrown upward into the air.

Seens like Mercalli Intensity XII or in another words 9+ Richter magnitude
