Not sure if it's non canon but super Saiyan Goku was able to grab, stop, and punch freeza's giant planet busting (minimum) death ball out of orbit.

That feat is acceptable under the Toeiverse aspect of the catalog.

Did someone already calculate this feat? It's not planet level or anything, but it definitely debunks the 40 Ton limit along with other feats.

That's probably more of a durability feat, being able to survive being pushed through a hill/mini mountain and only say "Ouch that hurt!" from the energy attack itself, no comment on being pushed through a large land mass. Also, yeah it debunks the 40 tons thing since being able to hold and stop something able to push you through a mountain would probably exceed 40 tons.
