Anyway...
Even if Pennywise weren't being revised, a man who could perceive and travel to higher dimensions beyond the fourth was still nowhere near capable of withstanding the madness-inducing effects of Its true form. So unless Drac has a feat of resistance that compares, he dies in a hilarious manner before the fight has even begun.
Not even mentioning the fact that driving someone so mad that they die instantaneously and violently is already far above normal madness manipulation, and would need comparable feats of resistance on its own in order for anyone to make the claim that someone could survive that.

Dracula's castle is a multi universe, a living byproduct by Chaos itself and Chaos is source of the malice, demons, any bad thought, madness and chaotic thing. it means Dracula survived mind hax at a multi universal scale and from a Chaos product. power of dominance erases Penny's concept and Soul Steal absorbs Penny's soul. then Dracula inherites all Penny's powers same as his madness manip.
