For now speed is equalized. If speed is equalized I can see Gilgamesh winning.

Don't think that's how it works, Raiden still gets a 10 times x Speed multiplier in "his speed is equalized matches" via Ripper Mode and so does Dante via Devil Trigger.

Yeah Speed being Equalized doesn´t makes Speed amps unable to be used. Even the VS Thread Rules says that speed amps aren't equalized in a match:

• The combat speed of that faster character is assumed to be equalized to the combat speed of the slower character. Every other speed the faster character has is reduced by the same multiplier. This includes the speed of any attacks, projectiles, reactions, perception, flight, etc.
  • Speed Amplification techniques are assumed to grant the same percentile of increase to a character's equalized speeds, as they would to their usual speeds.

If Doctor Doom can increase his speed to MFTL+ and it's basically instantly for him and it would be his first move why doesn't he stomp here?

He'd need like a sec to activate the magic and go for the blitz, but him winning with it is still possible.

A second is enough to active before the Ea as it has a charge time (even from what I heard it's not that long or as long as people think) and even if it does go off, in the middle of its travel it could still get stone walled as soon as Doom actives his speed amp no?
