That would be the second of 3 possible keys. You have Pre Greybeards Dovahkiin who has calcs putting him at Wall Level. You've got Post Greybeards at High 6-A with a 6-A supporting feat. The last key would be the Dovahkiin who is able to tango with Alduin, which is Low 2-C.

I didn't find anything about 9-B beginning Dovah, but the stuff for High 6-A and Low 2-C is there. The supporting feat I mentioned is TTGL's calc titled Legendary Storm Call, which clocks in at 1.869 petatons. I even did my own calc of his Storm Call and got 1.7 petatons.

Shor was able to defeat Alduin, so that's Low 2-C. Shor also has complete control over Sovngarde, which may very well be it's own infinite realm of space-time, so that may also be Low 2-C.
