No, the act of clickling things by itself isn´t the fate hax, but rather when she breaks the fourth wall, she simply changes fate by altering the outcome of things to her benefit.

It´s to be noted that while she uses it, her surroundings also get inflicted by a time slow, giving her more than enought time to do stuff.

Enlil has causality manip however, so this isn´t a stomp.
