Does this statement from new chapter warrant a possible upgrade or changes? (minor spoilers)

This is just a question and not a CRT so please don't clown me too much. Since there's more proof of there being separate space-times/realities in Universe 7 due to Friezas statements and what happened would it warrant any upgrades and changes to the profiles to characters who can affect these structures? If not I'd like to have you guys's input.

We have had proof of there being separate space-times in Universe 7 since 1992.

He’s referring to the Room of Spirit and Time, right? There’d be no upgrades warranted from destroying that particular dimension.

Also, that’s been established to be another space-time since the Buu Saga. This isn’t new information.
