Does creation feats scales to AP?

Yeah, exactly. Especially since a lot of creation feats doesn't translate to offensive capability throughout fiction.
Not everything follows the logic of "X used up Y amount of energy to create Z object, so they can attack with Y amount of energy", especially if such logic isn't even specifically mentioned in-universe. Add the fact that using this erroneous way of determining AP with calculations that results in inflated results, it just becomes a mess.

I can see some hax being tiered like Low 2-C via Time Manipulation (can destroy the timeline with this power) for example (yes timeline destruction is low 2-C if you didn't know).

And same case for this as if it's proven to do so then yeah, Creation scales to what they make or that's how I see it.

Short answer, creation feats are Attack potency feats, but they only scale to other stats such as striking strength or durability if it is done via universal energy source that said character can consistently harness equal amounts of power/energy into their various other powers.

about soul king. We currently treat the universal feat as hax via the Almighty.

Potential crt to re evaluate this will happen sometime in april, after the official translations for volume 3 of the cfyow novel is released

He uses the Almighty to do it, which is a power source separate from his other powers. It's more similar to how Hoborg is 8-A with his Crown, but is not physically 8-A.
