But just as I said, there's more characters who scaled from them, but I don't know, so anyone who knows can helps us.

Okay. Should I lock the profiles now?
 
The Time Lords and Daleks definitely scale as well, as the Tardis is literally outdated Time Lord tech and the Daleks in the Time War were their equal.
 
Also the Gods of Ragnarok for being able to resist the Black Guardian attempts to enter their realm, and Sutek for being able to kill one of their number.

To be fair that Tardis is insanely modded
 
The upgrades are still in progress. Be patient. That wasn't The Moment, it was the Time Lords' paradox that would rupture the Time Vortex until it would destroy creation. They specifically say in the episode that The Doctor still has The Moment.

By the way, I think we should change the Doctor's age to "Unknown (The Doctor often forgets, and sometime, lies about his age), possibly over four billion years old due to the events of "Heaven Sent"

The Doctor often lies and forgets about his age, thus making the Doctor's age hard to piece together.

I'm going to edit the Doctor's age and upgrade Time Lords and Rassilon.

Rassilon: Ultimate Sanction can destroy the Time Vortex (Scaled to the upgrade above)

Time Lords: Due to the Eye of Time (More powerful than any TARDIS, see the feats above)
