That's actually true. He can still Reality Warp her and have more than enough time to Rewind with the Eye if she comes back from BFR, but Delilah has more changes to take him out off of the bat, tbh.

Ok, so Doctor Strange can win this I'm pretty sure. However, he's not going to be doing it through transmutation, AP or by time stopping, which are three of his more common openings, and Delilah might be able to cheese a time loop via possession. I'm gonna go with Weekly's judgement and say that she'll win via petrification/possession

It also only lasts like ten or twelve seconds.
