I am will give it to doctor Manhattan due to him being able to kill a being that can destroy the dc multiverse and that is a out of the range alien xs most notable durability feat that and alien x need to have his personalities agree befor it can attack or even move and since the doctor ha no such weakness he would be able to kill him befor he could retaliate neting the good doctor the win
