So here are some questions in return to think about. Can Doom absorb type 8 immortality? Plus since this is his strongest avatar form... he has Mid-Godly regen.
'The ability to regenerate even after being completely erased from existence, including mind, body, and soul."
And then after he regens... he has this.
Every time Unicron dies, he adapts from his previous body and becomes resistant.
Plus... he has type 9 size.

Unicron's weakest avatar is being used because the OP said Unicron was 5-B (I don't know why he said both are 5-B considering Doom lacks that tier). So no Mid-Godly for Unicron.
