They are both 8-C in this thread, so it's pretty even, but Kane scales higher with his finisher since moves in wrestling tend to be more powerful than normal moves.

Pinky resists most of his offensive supernatural abilities such as his Fire Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, and Fear Manipulation and nothing else he has seems super useful in a fight.
