Doctor Doom vs Rick Sanchez

Both of them have Ice Manipulation, Portal Creation, Time Stop, Mind Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, Teleportation, Forcefield Creation, Transmutation, Size Manipulation, Illusion Creation, Immortality (Doc has types 1 and 3, while Ric has type 6), Dream Manipulation, Hacking, Genius Intelligence, Spatial Manipulation, Healing, Energy Manipulation, Memory Manipulation
What only Ric has: Death Inducement, cloning, and Void manipulation.
What only Doc has: gravity manipulation, age manipulation, energy absorption, electricity manipulation, physics manipulation, plasma manipulation, soul manipulation, sound manipulation, technological Manipulation, weather manipulation, power absorption and null, telepathy, telekinesis, time traveling, magic, reactive evolution, bfr, summoning, and resistances to Magic, Mind Manipulation, Hacking / Technological Manipulation, Possession, Power Nullification, Radiation, Sound-Based Attack, and Time Stop. Doc also has the cosmic cube, which grants him precognition, fate manipulation, information manipulation, intangibility, astral projection, clairvoyance, sealing/absorption, shapeshifting, black hole creation, life manipulation, biological manipulation, Regenerationn (high), and resistances to void manipulation and time manipulation.
Doc has Universe Level+ dura and attack range, while Ric has wall level dura, but Multiversal+ range with portal gun and universe range with spaceship.
My thoughts: Doctor Doom curbstomps him. Doc nearly has all of Rick's powers in the start and has resistances of Rick's best haxes via time stop and void manipulation. As for Rick's death inducement via touch, that's unlikely going to happen since Doc has intangibility. Doc can just stop time him and call it a day, since he doesn't have resistance to time stopping.
Because of this and the reason above, I vote for Doctor Doom.

With full knowledge and prep-time, I'm sure Rick could win. But a sudden battle with no prior knowledge? There aren't many things Rick could improvise at a moments notice before Doctor Doom completely obliterates him.
