Dr. Doom and Dr. Eggman have one month of prep time and their technology can only go up to 2-A.

Reason for fighting? Both Doctors found a fresh new Multiverse to conquer with rich energy and resources. The most appealing thing is about this Multiverse is it isn't protected by heroes or beings that can match their intellect and might.

Both are in the way of each other and both are going to fight at their full Might (in 2-A).

Dr. Doom: 0

Dr. Eggma: 0

Where does the High 1-B absorption come from?

Well, his High 1-B absorption comes from his equipments which he can gather with prep even in base

Because if it was specifically made for Cosmic being and Eggman isn't a cosmic being, I can't imagine the absorption working on a normal person without examples. Even if physical strength wise, with his machinery, he is Low-2C.

yeah, doom so much as breathes in eggmans general dierection eggman dies. (without his machines anyways and even then doom should be able to disable/absorb/counter most anything eggman can come up with.)

Because Dr. Eggman's absorption feats are going from low tier to cosmic tier.
