I'm gonna go with mostly. It's really just tier 1 stuff that I don't really fully get.

The tiering system's going to be changed moderately. Not many verses will move relative to each other, but a few of the top tiers will be shuffled and squished, with some explanations rewritten.ExodusNexus said:

"High 3-A = infinite area
Low 2-C = spacetime + infinite universe or someone above infinite universal but not multiversal
2-C = 2 to 999 universes
2-B = 1000 to finite universes
2-A = infinite universes
High 2-A = one layer of abstraction beyond infinite universes
Low 1-C = 2 to 7 layers of abstraction (6 to 10-D)
1-C = 8 to any higher layers of abstraction that are finite
High 1-C = infinite layers of abstraction
Low 1-B = infinite...infinite...layers of abstraction, basically this is the peak of "adding infinities"
1-B = Outerversal, purely abstract, beyond dimensions/formalism, you can't add infinities, it's above a collection of all real numbers
High 1-B = infinite Outerversal transcendence.
1-A = totally transcending even High 1-B levels
0 = transcending all levels in the verse

I put mostly. As the tier system is now, I think I get it.
11-C through 11-A are pretty easy to understand. I understand all the 3D tiers, I understand the different degrees of the 4D tiers, High 2-A is 5D, I understand tier 1 is just various levels of dimentionality above 5D until we get to High 1-B, where characters are infinite dimentional. 1-A is characters who are beyond the concept of dimensions and for some reason everyone is massively above or below one another. 0 is characters who see 1-As the same way 1-As see High 1-Bs. But not always because the tier is fundamentally broken and some 1-As stomp some 0s. It's strange. But yeah, I don't know everything about 1-A and up, but otherwise I think I have a good understanding of the tiering system.
