@GilverTheProtoAngelo So it’s transmutation. You can’t slap matter hax on something that’s just transmutation. And something being smaller than atoms doesn’t automatically mean macro quantum.

Matter into energy is also accepted as matter manip. Also one of the scans literally mentions Scientists pointing out mass disappearing. Which Chen later figures out is matter-energy conversion.
