Mabel's mainly got the grappling hook and stuff while Dipper has actual supernatural things such as the size changing flashlight, magnet gun, and memory erasing gun.

Dipper has the memory gun, magnet gun and spear. And Mabel gets the grappling hook, attack glitter and size-shifting flashlight

Ford stated the magnet gun would be enough to rip a man's fillings out from a hundred feet away so Dipper could probably win based off of that.
