Differences between immortality and regeneration?

Is being consistently portrayed as immortal/impossible to kill due to regenerative ability the only qualification for having type 3 immortality listed in one's profile, or is regeneration above a specific "type" a necessary requirement (i.e. a character who only displayed lower level regeneration but is consistently stated as impossible to kill normally wouldn't qualify)? If it's the latter, what type would it be?

If a dude only regens small cuts and stuff and is hyped as impossible to kill, then is probably just that, hyping.

But if they really treat it as impossible to kill, they'd probably have "possible higher" for their regen and "possible" immo type 3.

Without statements and stuff, the minimun from what i recall is low-mid

Fairly certain the minimum level of Regeneration for Type 3 Immortality would be Low-Mid, which includes the healing of "traditionally fatal wounds".
