Didn't the striking strength of larger opponents increase (like above street level if they reach up to the size of buildings) when they get bigger?

I thought opponents as big as houses or buildings tend have striking strength that exceeds above street or wall level but what about the Dog from Duck Season when he proceeds to giant form (as he would naturally become much more powerful through sheer size alone) in the video game?
