Intangbility is pretty much just used one,and it needed an activation,also there is power null.

Cain intangtibility is comes from his briah after absorbing Beatrice:

Donner Totentanz Walkure: Beatrice's Briah, which Cain obtained after Kai and Beatrice were absorbed. This allows Cain to gain the properties of lightning, becoming intangible and moving at the speed of lightning in addition to using his previous ability of Kai's. After Kai and Beatrice split, Tubal Cain lost this ability.

If that works, he pretty much has to stand still with his power blocked and she is free to bind him.

And it can stay for hours (Due to its nature as a Gudou Briah)

I suppose that it depends if Mami's weather manipulation extends to lightning bolts in this case (which I sincerely don't know)

Tubal Cain can also do some shit with his lightning, like releasing some kind of light that messes up his opponent 5 senses, basically paralysing them (dunno if that works against a zombie like Mami though)

He's strikes also causes shockwaves so that even if you dodge his attacks, you will still be damaged by the shockwaves he emits (said shockwaves knocked out Ren Fuji when he was in base)

In that case she might be able to outlast him, physically affecting her senses shouldn't work and she can avoid the shockwaves with her High 7-A forcefields. This, coupled with her having basically limitless stamina, should be enough for her to survive those hours, and power null him afterwards.

So i don't remember if the rule of Hadou and Gudou do apply to him as his soul is literally in the Holy Relic itself.

His fighting essentially consists of using all of his arsenal depending on the situation.

His Kakusasurahiushinahite, can cause her body to instantly crack and decay away by releasing a poisonous fog (which appears instantly on his target's range)
