Crazy Hand via status effect and duplication, and they seem even otherwise.

If I'm not mistaken, Beerus is more powerful, however, the Hand is way more versatile, being able to warp reality, erasing Beerus from existence, creating multiple clones of him, or use Status Effect Inducement, so, I think I'll be siding with the Hand for now.

Beerus is lucky this is Crazy Hand and not the other one, or else this would be ugly.
Still, hax abilities definitely screw Beerus here even with his potential raw power advantage. Status effects are especially bad news, as is his Duplication ability which essentially allows him to send groups of Low 2-C Marios, Fox McClouds, Captain Falcons, etc. to gang up on the cat while he sets something else up.
And if his sleep inducement lands, there's nothing stopping him from just ripping a hole in space itself and sucking Beerus into it.

Can't use it if he's asleep.
I'm pretty sure he doesn't do that right away while IC, also. Not against opponents who can keep up with/'entertain' him. (Which Crazy would be able to do, given his abilities)

Not really. He would have to have royally pissed Beerus off for the latter to use Hakai quickly. That, or Beerus would have to have no other options whatsoever as far as winning goes. (Which, even then, he's not going to know right away due to lack of prior knowledge)
The Hands also use their status effect abilities throughout every boss battle they show up in. And in horde battles they spam duplication a lot.

Pissed off ? The ghost fir example wasnt him being pissed .
We have never seen him fight seriously but we have seen a fully serious beerus use hakai almost exclusively when he wanted to kill an indivdual.

The few times Beerus used hakai, he wasn't pissed. Don't know where you people get that from. He identified that Zamasu was a threat, Hakai. The Ghost mildly sassed Beerus and then Hakai. Goku presented a threat, not even intentionally, threatens to Hakai him. Please, can I ask you people to provide instances where Beerus exclusively used Hakai only when pissed? Because all scenarios that shows it says otherwise.
