Destroying a black hole

So i read the page for black holes and I noticed it didn't mention anything about cetain hax being able to destory or resist it.

Is this because even with hax it's impossible for 3D characters to do so?

If not, what kind of hax and resistances are applicable?

Well, that depends on the level of the hax.

EE and void should work just fine, possibly spatial manipulation, but it's properties should make it resist it.

Bfr too should be aplicable depending on how it operates.

PLlot and probability should work fine.
