has resistance to Black Hole = resistance to gravity?

I just re-read the Black hole page and it says that black holes are part of Gravity manipulation.

and in Black Hole Creation it is stated that those who are not affected will gain Resistance against Black Hole.

the question is whether having resistance to black holes means having resistance to gravity? because black holes are Object that have very strong gravity
 
Should indeed be able to get resistance

Because they are able to resist the massive effects of gravity, they must be able to resist the effects of certain changes in gravity
