Destiny: The Witness Is High 1-B (needs staff input)

Or rather, I think the Final Shape is High 1-B and the Witness has access to it. I've pretty much finished the Witness's profile, so I made this CRT to get its High 1-B rating evaluated. Abilities aren't really a point of discussion as they're either not controversial or based on previously accepted revisions.

To sum up the reasoning for High 1-B:

• The Final Shape explicitly affects the entire universe and encompasses everything.
• Part of this would be the Hilbert space to which the Pyramidion leads.
• The Hilbert space is stated to be an infinite-dimensional functional space.
• It's stated that those outside cannot know when the Guardian will have transcended their reality, while navigating through the Hilbert space.

Now we ultimately do not get a lot of information on the Hilbert space, but I do think the infinite universe that contains said space could qualify for High 1-B. And to be clear, outside of the Final Shape nothing scales to this in any way.

I'd recommend approaching Ultima on his wall and asking politely to check the reasoning for High 1-B when he's able.

Honestly, it all depends on how we treat Hilbert Space, if it is by default High 1-B or we need much more elaboration, I actually came here looking for information on how we treat Hilbert Space cuz one of my verses has a bfr declaration to Hilbert space but it is vague and was just a one-time instance.

For now I guess I am agreement

Also, have you not tried to calculate the kugelblitz black hole to give it a value? mass–energy Black holes usually give tier 4 levels

I know this from experience with some calculations.

Going by the chart on the black hole feats page, the result would be 5-A no matter what. I looked into it and came to the conclusion that calculating the feat would be too much work to be worth it.
