Desolate Era CRT: Peak Daolord AP and Range Upgrade

Keeping it short, this calculation was accepted for peak Daolords (i.e. any 4th Step Daolord at the Verge of the Daomerge beyond) and would upgrade them to Universe level and give them Universal range for their regular physical attacks. Currently, this only applies to Ji Ning.

Funnily enough, thanks to the Voidsea Jadeseals Arc's power scaling, this applies to more than half of all named Daolords in the story. And of course, every Hegemon as well.
