I'm surprised you stuck to one Part to be honest, though I guess JoJo is kinda hard to summarize in one sentence.
 
-Ghosts and vampires

maybe that's the best way to summarize because two parts are vampires and the other parts involve ghosts (stands are basically ghosts that help you fight and can't be seen by normals or even ghosts themselves)

I happen to have experience on describing stuff this way, I can say that all but 2 of the verses I've described are for kids.

An entire family gets kinky and whips the devil

A family of sisters create shapes, satan can't get those shapes so he makes the anti-christ to get them but he keeps getting murdered by underage boys
