Trying to find a fair matchup for chronos, hopefully this is fair.
Both are 2-A

Speed is equalized, though apparently omnipresence vs immeasurable doesn't have a massive difference so could probably unequalize it if it's needed

Not sure, was looking for the cipher fans to show up to defend him since i am not knowledgeable on him.

Though bill does have a ridiculous amount of losses so maybe he is pretty weak? Albiet chronus isn't particularly haxed either, just has a ton of ap due to viewing infinite timelines as too small for her to see compared to her own existence.
 
Ye, non of his Hax has worked on a 4D level and he's a 3D jobber.

It's like a human compared to an ant, chronus's existence is so large she can't even see the infinite multiverse cause it's so small compared to herself.
 
@Theglassman Just various forms of time manipulation such as time stop, time travel, time accelaration, time reversal, merging timelines also reality warping like when she turned Cro into a human from her goddess state where she was non-corporeal and what not, Chronus is also said to "omnipotent", hyperbole i know but the basic idea is she can do whatever she wants to in chrono clock.

Her realm is also stopped in time said realm is large enough to contain her existence which is larger than the infinite multiverse, and she is stated to be the master of that realm.
 
Just one part of herself can merged 5 timelines together, she has an infinite amount of parts of herself.

The reason she made parts of herself in the first place is because she wanted to first hand observe humans, but she couldn't do that because her existence is so large that the infinite multiverse is too small for her to see, so she divided herself infinitely.
 
Ah so just one piece of her is not 2-A. Okay then. I was thinking that each part of her was 2-A.
 
@Dragon Nope just one piece is 2-C, albeit she might be 5-D for some statements of existing on a higher plane of existence, some statements about quantuum physics were thrown around by miu who is basically a genius, she wanted to explained how the protag of chrono clock could remember the events that happened in other timelines, and one of her hypothesis was that a being on an even higher plane of existence could have been observing their world.

Which probably refers to chronus since the reason why she wanted to observe humans was because she felt lonely in her realm which is isolated from the multiverse, hence why she divided herself.

Edit: Aside from that, the Time Baby and the Time Giants likely come from the main universe in GF. Time Baby's tier justification still makes no sense.
 
Yeah he one shooted the time baby. Why do you want to know that?

Isn't time baby 4-D? Then bill has feats of his abilities working on 4-D beings
