Versus a guy who can regenerate from or just straight up endure any meaningful damage he can manage to inflict

Really don't see how Deku can win at all which if that somehow isn't a stomp then it sure as hell ain't a notable victory

Izuku stomps. He can easily bypass Low-Mid levels of Regenerationn. All he needs to do is Delaware Smash Shy Guy's head, and his brains would fly everywhere.
