If it takes you minutes to regen, its slow, especially when most regen users need seconds, unless its you need 10 minutes to regen from huge damage, its more acceptable, but not for lower levels, it becomes useless in a battle where you take dmg too much
Meanwhile, we got Third Age Sauron, who took 2,000 years to regen his body from his soul yet was still missing a finger.
 
164 characters, just slightly beating out BT3 for largest roster in the franchise.

And in true budokai tenkaichi fashion over 10% of that roster is Goku and Vegeta, it's been over 15 years but peak fiction has finally returned
If they had 2 UI Gokus we get 13 Gokus, which would be 7.9% of the roster.

Ofc we have also 13 Vegetas, so 26 Gokus & Vegetas total are 15.8% of the roster.

Which is why regeneration and healing and resurrection potencies are divided into "potency in-battle" and "potency over time" in our profiles.
