Then that leaves Cell, The Ginyu Force, Dr. Gero, Android 19, Android 16, Raditz, Nappa, Saibamen, King Piccolo, Tao Pai Pai, Chiaotzu, Dabura, the movie characters if they ignore Heroes/Xenoverse scaling, Videl, Zarbon, Dodoria, Z-Bardock, Chilled, King Cold, Future Gohan, The Red Ribbon Army during Dragon Ball, Pui Pui, Yakon, Tarble and Qui.

As a big diehard fan of MLP the show and the comics, there is literally nothing in context that would negate the feats. They are impossible to Golden Tree. Discord just wins even putting all them in context, possibly even harder. It’s like a Reverse Golden Tree if anything .
 
Ok, one important thing is that technically they kinda gave low godly regen to Discord too, no? They said if his body is destroyed he can live as a spirit, and this wording implies entire destruction of his body.

So hows Bill's & Discord's Soul manipulating powers? Even if Bill can regen his soul, it means shit if he cant affect Discord.

The thing is, nothing there is explicitly golden tree-able. It's just the many things his RW powers can do, and many of them are thought-based.

The only things in this fight that are arguably golden treeable are Immeasurable Discord, Bill's MFTL speed feats, or 11D Bill.
 
I reeeeeeeeally want Discord W, but got the feeling there is going to be a golden tree moment somewhere-

Judging how the preview went- its going to be if he betrays his nature, he'd die as it could imply Bill can trick him that way

immeasurable speed isn't golden tree, they'd have to pull something out of their ass for it not to be viable

Bill was able to blast a hole in the chest of Dipper’s Mindscape self (which they treat as spirits) and was implied to about to kill Soos & Mabel’s forever.

Context is key. Discord was trying to make it to his arrangement with Fluttershy on time, and would have no reason to activate a time travel ability in that context. By the words of their own QnA you quoted, nothing points towards this being a time power Discord willingly activated. Narratively it would make zero sense.

Plus he hadn't realized that he did it by going too fast until after the fact, so that's another big thing.

I'd break time and space and cause a paradoxical collapse to have a tea party with Fluttershy, at least once. She's really kind and vibes with animals like me.

The fact that Discord as a character never pushes himself because of his funloving nature, and broke time when he did try, speaks volumes. If he takes the fight seriously, he should win pretty fast.
