Igneel can eat the stronger flames to multiply his own power, is eating elements unique to dragon slayers plus the low 6B rank takes boosts in to account

Well, Igneel is far stronger then Irene who did 2.1 Teratons feat and can amp himself further by consuming fire. Ddraig on the other hand scale to Vali who did 6 Teratons feat and can amp himsef via boost.

As for the speed, I think you should equalize it due to Dxd character will get a major speed upgrade.

If Igneel can absorb Ddraigs strongest attack (forgot the name) it might balance things out, since it's fire

Sure it might be able too close th gap but this is only temporary.

Boost is still a more reliable as Ddraig can amp himself at anypoint of fight while Igneel needs to eat Ddraig's fire to amp himself, which once Ddraig knew his fire is useless will likely stop using it. So Igneel can only amp himself once while Ddraig can buff his stats whenever he want.

This form of ingeel is already dead tbh, he will lose eventually since his power last for some time.
