Massively FTL+ Combat, Reaction and Travel speed

This is just MFTL+ speed. If you can fight, react and move at the same speed then you don't need to separate anything.

• Range needs a justification
• The nanosecond statement needs a issue source
• There is no "High" rating anymore for Stamina
• Kyle Rayner's scan needs an issue attached to it
• The strongest human statements need source issues behind it

Some of the powers like Time manipulation need more clarification but overall its solid work.

Some of the stuff is still missing sourcing, but they seem to be leftover stuff from the current profile.

So of that's alright I guess the profile is fine.
