This is just MFTL+ speed. If you can fight, react and move at the same speed then you don't need to separate anything.
- Range needs a justification
- The nanosecond statement needs a issue source
- There is no "High" rating anymore for Stamina
- Kyle Rayner's scan needs an issue attached to it
- The strongest human statements need source issues behind it
