DBZ: Ginyu downgrade

I completely forgot about this. Basically, on my previous thread about Oozaru Vegeta, we agreed that it made no sense for Vegeta to be LP level, but we'd have to downgrade Ginyu because technically, PL multipliers for Oozaru made Oozaru Vegeta to be > Ginyu. Which means we'd have to set Ginyu at planet+.

Before the downgrade, what do you think about this?:

Raditz saga Piccolo to Tien: Low 5-B

Nappa, Guldo and Bardock: At least Low 5-B

Saiyan Saga Vegeta to Transformed Zarbon: 5-B

Recoome, Burter, Jeice, Nail: 5-B+

Ginyu and Great Ape Vegeta: 5-A

Frieza: High 5-A+

Isn't Bardack 5-B? he has a PL of 10k, that is the minimun amount to destroy a planet; also, I doubt that Guldo is stronger than Nappa in ki terms. Not sure about the exact rank of Ginyu and the rest mentioned above, there's no much for reference...

We should only use the + sign if there is a calculation placing a character in the upper half of a tier.
