DBS Goku NPI addition.

did Goku punch intanigble Hit, or did he use a ki blast?

He used ki to block his intangible attacks, while Jiren just blocked it with his bare hands. It doesn't make a difference because they use ki in their physical punches too. Better get some more staff here because I'm neutral on the matter.

NPI seems pretty fair for Goku, Mirai Trunks, Vegeta, and Jiren imo.

There's a pretty clear difference between ki and ki infused energy attacks. Energy attacks are more significant because Goku and Vegeta used a ki shield to block poison while thier ki infused skin would be harmed by the poison.

I disagree with using Infinite Zamasu as the reason for the NPI as Goku cannot remotely touch him. However, I'm fine with him blocking Hit's intangible attacks as a possible reason for NPI. So I'm in pretty much the same boat as AKM Sama.

I'm overall neutral. Could've sworn the Hit thing was already accepted tho. At the very least I'm fine with Goku being able to bypass intangibility.
