DBS Goku NPI addition.

He used ki to block his intangible attacks, while Jiren just blocked it with his bare hands. It doesn't make a difference because they use ki in their physical punches too. Better get some more staff here because I'm neutral on the matter.

did Goku punch intanigble Hit, or did he use a ki blast?
The only ki blast that Goku shot directly at hit in the fight was after he broke into Hit's time dimension. The other blasts just blocked his attacks.

What did the staff members here think?

Okay. If the regular members have also accepted this, it seems to lean towards getting accepted, but we probably need a bit more VS Battles Staff input first.

I disagree with using Infinite Zamasu as the reason for the NPI as Goku cannot remotely touch him. However, I'm fine with him blocking Hit's intangible attacks as a possible reason for NPI. So I'm in pretty much the same boat as AKM Sama.

Okay. That makes sense to me as well.

Okay. Thanks to all staff members who are helping out.

I'm neutral on the whole Zamasu thing, but I'm fairly sure Hit's blasts actually land because he can make them tangible at will, and Goku's only blocking them when Hit's trying to directly attack rather than aiming for vitals.

So should this be applied or is it too uncertain?

Most people are either in agreement or in neutral agreement, so I think it's pretty safe to apply imo.
