2) AD for Dyspo. Frieza was reading his movements due to them being to linear like a (Light) bullet. Afterwards Dyspo kinda fixed that problem and attacked him from different angles and even got faster.
wouldn't this be more like... him just changing his strategy? it would be more like Limited Adaptation instead of Accelerated Development. also with dragon ball characters, they always go "beyond" when things get dire so maybe he just wasn't using his full strength anyway

Disagree with AD, agree with point 1 except for Roshi.

Looks like Roshi is simply just dodging the attacks.
1) My bad. Took the worst cut version.

Here is a better one:

First Roshi says: " How straightforward. I don't even have to read your movements. " Implying that he can. He later comments that his fighting pattern is the same.

He then accurately predicts every move.

2) I rewatched the Hit vs Dyspo fight. He could do that previously as well. Hence I am removing AD for Dyspo

Vegeta doesn't seem to be predicted, does he simply see and dodge it?
I think he read jiren's moves or something like he could see jiren's moves, though it seems like it's only temporary. Or maybe he predicts the opponent based on his moves like what Kid Goku did to Tao Paipai after Goku was heavily beaten he knows and reads all of his moves.

At 0:30 You can see how he analyses his movement and at the time stamp where I copied the link he applies it when dodging

though it seems like it's only temporary.
It's not temporarily. He was overwhelming him until Jiren used even more of his power and went back to speedblitzing and overpowering him.
