Scale from 7th and 6th Universe, most of the characters are 2c characters 7=2uni 6=2uni this means 4 universe levels
Since each universe is 2 uni, 12×2=24, so Zeno deleted 12 universes in the future, so Zeno will have 24 universe levels, I think it should be 24 about GP

Anyway, let's stop rambling, and let's move on to character scaling, it should be mentioned that all characters are here to be unlocked, anyone that scales with 3-A will become 2-C for destroying universe 7 or others.

Still character scaling related, with the current accepted 2-C stuff, does GT Goku / SSJ3 Goku / Janemba get affected ? I say that since the shaking feat was divided by affecting a previously accepted 3-B structure. Since it's Tier 2 now..

I can see a solid 2-C for Janemba or low 2-C, but I believe he will see changes in his tier.

i agree with plancks scaling chain for dbs, although the dbs manga 3A's would now be 3U 2-C's with infinite speed. And im not sure about the toei upgrades, if we talk about canon dbz manga scaling, Buu and vegito would be High 3A, as well as toei buu, for toei, this would affect cooler, broly, janemba, ssj3 goku, gogeta, making them at least high 3A, im not so sure about tier 2. It would upgrades various gt characters also.

Yeah smth like that, GT is a alternate branched Timeline to the main Timeline of either DBS or DBZ or whatever.

It was basically just pulling a few strings for GT and the Z movie to be canon for the main timeline, as an alternate timeline.
