And no, the first scene doesnt imply that there is a danger for the Zenos, we are talking about people who can poof everything on a whim, including jiren.
Daishinkan was probably protecting the thrones, which should be around the stage-like durability.

The Omni-Kings are not scared in the slightest. They're just getting giddy from the fun fight (a fight mind you taking place between two people faster than Dyspo, which kinda puts the previous "anti-feat" into question)
I think that Grand Priest was concerned with protecting that little shack instead of protecting Zeno. Especially since right after he expresses worry about the arena getting destroyed.
Also keep in mind that Zeno tanked the nuking of Infinite Zamasu and has repreatedly been stated able to destroy 12 universes without killing himself in the process. So he has been established before as able to withstand much more powerful attacks.
