It just feels oh-so right to put these two time-travelling swordsmen with parent/guardian issues, against each other.

Rules

• Dave is God Tier. Trunks has finished his RoSaT training.

• Dave has Caledscratch. Trunks has his sword (just pretend the androids didn't break it).

• Speed is equalized to prevent blitz.

• Battle takes place on LOLCAT (Land Of Little Cubes And Tea), because irony.

• Both combatants are bloodlusted.

• Fight until one side is no longer able to.

Let's get this thing rolling.

Gonna say trunks with his higher AP and durability. And he has range with his ki blasts.

While I am not familiar with Trunks, I don't think he can keep up with Dave's hax. My vote goes to Dave.

Trunks with his higher AP and durability. His stamina may be higher as well. Oh, and his AP, which is Large Star Level+, is right up there with Strider's durability. Sorry Davey, but Trunks has my vote.

Seems odd to have Dave still at 4c stats when bloodlusted considering that his stronger form just seems to be as a result of him being bloodlusted but that's beside the point. Dave should be able to take this from sheer numbers if alternate versions are able to join in.

Trunks might have higher stats, but Dave has hax powers that would most likely give him the upper hand, so my vote goes to Dave.

Trunks may be stronger faster and more durable than Dave but Dave has two perks that would probably let him win. First he can create time clones and second he comes back to life if the circumstances are right. Considering that a death match between two heroes isn't really heroic or just by Homestuck word of god Dave would just come back. Forever. He'd be indestrucible.

Speed is equalised to prevent Dave speed blitzing, but yeah, even though Trunks is stronger and has more durability, he really can't fight against that many Daves as well as time manipulation and shit. Even if we neglect the fact he can only die a just or heroic death, I doubt Trunks can win, so my vote goes to Dave

My vote goes to Dave due to his time manipulation and time clones eventually overwhelming Trunks.

With time clones, Trunks would be overwhelmed after a short while. Without, Trunks would eventually overwhelm through a series of ki blasts and crap, unless he does the obvious and gets in close quickly, in which case he goes chest-first into the business end of Caledscratch. But with the arena, they'll be too busy staring at the environment in awe/irony/who-tf-designed-this to fight properly. Heck, if they weren't forced to fight, they'd probably be friendly rivals. maybe. possibly. ...nah.

Honestly, I think a wierd arena is in Dave's favor. Every place he's ever fought somebody has been a ridiculous battleground. He's so used to weird that seeing stuff like a landscape of giant kitten themed teapots wouldn't even faze him.
