I really hate being the party pooper. It's a role so often assigned to me. It's no fun at all.

None of these feats relate to destroying two worlds. Even under the interpretation that they are Tier 2 doesn't seem to support them as specifically 2-C, as opposed to Low 2-C. That these feats are extrapolated to 2-C is a leap in logic, one I think is too far to afford a "possibly" rating to.

I just have to ask, why is it such an abysmal leap of logic? I mean, the character already has a Low 2C rating for having created one of these parallel worlds, I understand that if the character were of a much lower level, probably the statements could be considered hyperbole, but there is no big change in the level being proposed in this thread.

It straight up doesn't say anything about worlds or universes or any of that. It's not really about the tier they already have, it's just the feats legitimately don't say anything that can be interpreted as 2-C.
