I've been recently debating with some people, and some of them said that the speed of Darth Vader is barely MHS. So, why his reactions are Sub-Relativistic, Relativistic+ via precog on the wiki? (A clarification on his EU/Legends speed stats would be good as well)

Alright. I'm not understanding the question.

In the Disney Canon, he's MHS, in the EU, he's Relativistic in MS and higher in reactions.

Both of these are done by powerscaling.

Darth Malak and Reborn Revan were calced at moving this speed, courtesy of our member, ChaosTheory123. Malak and Reborn Revan are much weaker in power than Vader and those that fight him.

In Star Wars, your Force Powers (see Midi-chlorians) determine your abilities. That means the higher your Midi-chlorian count, the stronger your power.
