I'm gonna say Vader for rounds 2 and 1 due to superior AP and hax. IDK about round 3 but I think he could telekinetically overpower the other dicloni and whatever fodder humans there are

Lucy's way too slow so Vader takes this without breaking a sweat

Round 1: Lucy (she bypasses durability with vectors which is hax)
Round 2: Most likely Vador (Lucy has a massive destructive capability advantage but Vader is way too fast)
Round 3: same as round 2 just with a slightly higher difficulty for vador
Lucy has better hax and AP but vador is way too fast for anyone in that verse

Lucy is town level outside of her Melting form correct? That should be good enough for Vader to win, as canon is small island based on [this] calc
As for EU vs Melting, Vader scales to Tyranus, whose Force Lighting was said to not be easy for Yoda to deflect. Yoda could keep up with moon level Palpatine. That should pretty easily beat a lifewiper
