Nox via tutaminis and lightning manipulation (counters chidori), resistance to soul manip (he survived an encounter with a ghost who tried to pull this iirc), and higher intelligence. AP should be about equal with so many spirits bound to Nox.

There's no resistance to soul manipulation on his profile. Similarly, how does lightning manipulation counter Chidori, when Nox himself can still be harmed by others' Force Lightning?

I'll give you the second part, but Sasuke has other things in his arsenal besides lightning and fire, for the record, e.g. Susano'o.

True, but the Susano'o doesn't mean much when Noxs TK can bypass it to pull an organ choke or even crush his eyes.

Which he's never done, to anyone. Nox in-character has always used lightning first over TK as a purely offensive weapon (particularly in cutscenes), with the exception of things like Thundering Blast (which kinda combines the two) and Force Pull. With what examples of TK use we have from Nox from in-game abilities, he's not very creative in its use, clearly prefering to rely on Sith Sorcery and Force Lightning.
