Rei should be capable of affecting incorporeals completely fine. Anti-AT Fields affect the soul, breaking down a soul's barriers and absorbing it into the planetary mass of consciousness. Nihilus won't be turned to goop, but he will die. That being said, Nihilus can kill her just as easily and is much more haxed in all regards so I'd lean towards him.
