I'll go ahead and switch to Inconclusive. It does seem like another "who hits first" type of deal now that things have been elaborated upon further, so I can't really stick with my first vote in good conscience anymore.
 
After thinking this over... Yep, too many factors could happen and it's quite difficult to narrow it all down, so I'll confirm that I'm voting for inconclusive for now.
 
Not sure how, but yes, it does appear that way

I'll switch to inconclusive in that case. They can both conceivably one shot each other immediately it just comes down to whoever gets their hax off first.
