Speed being equal doesn't mean he can't overwhelm Dark Pit with enough strikes. Dark Pit's teleportation is much worse than Dark Meta Knight's, and his Danmaku isn't nearly as impressive.

Dark Pit has several types of Danmaku, each for each class of weapon. Furthermore should it come down to it, Bumblebee would allow him to instinctively react to whatever Dark Meta Knight can do.

His danmaku has to be charged and even then, the AoE is pretty bad. Bumblebee has limited usage and a short time limit. Plus, I doubt Bumblebee is going to let him dodge hundreds of tiny shards of glass heading straight at him, any of them being able to oneshot him.

What? We have a fine idea of how big the AoE is. The hardware has nothing to do with it. Here he is using it. It doesn't even fully cover that small platform. Don't think you can activate Bumblebee and Brief Invincibility at the same time, but I might be wrong on that. Either way, Brief Invincibility isn't blocking something hundreds of times stronger than the user, and you still take the damage if you use Counter.

Oh, only ever saw his Danmaku used from Pit's POV.

You can activate multiple powers at the same time. Brief Invincibility is literally complete invulnerability for a few seconds, I don't see why it can't. Counter is true, so I'll concede that.

But again, what does stop Dark Pit from spamming a myriad of status effects?

Saying that Brief Invincibility makes completely invincible is clear NLF. Hell, the Invincibility page even mentions this.

No it doesn't. Are you telling me that 3-A character couldn't hurt Dark Pit while he's using Brief Invincibility.

All of those are random and require Dark Pit to land a hit in the first place. Not to mention they aren't win conditions.
