I thought this is normal Wither for a second. How can Dark Peasant even put the Storm down? As long as the Command Block is there, it'll just keep regenerating and the thing has 5-C, possibly High 3-A durability.

If I made the battle take place in the End or a TABS map could DP win via throwing the command block off the edge?

Probably not? The Wither Storm flies and is almost certainly way too big to be thrown off the cliff. Besides, I don't think the Command block would be destroyed by that. Also, the Wither Storm is bloodlusted
