Dan Hibiki vs Peter Pan

I'd say Peter Pan thanks to flight and good reaction times (the kid can avoid cannon fire). While Dan is a bit stronger but Peter has experience in fighting stronger foes (Captain Hook wrestles with a crocodile).

Dan Hibiki
+Psychically stronger
+Dominates at Hand to Hand Combat
+More Durable
+More Experience
+Energy beams could hurt Peter
+Raging Demon would oneshot Peter....
-If he was sucessfull enough to land a hit.
-Or it Peter wouldn't fly away
-Worse luck
-Slower
-Can't Fly
Peter Pan
+Faster
+Can fly.
+Smarter(apparently)
+More Versatile
+More cunning
+Stealthier
+Could avoid the raging demon.
-Would be weak against the raging demon due to being a fairy and would most likely fade away if it hits.
-Slightly weaker
-Less experience
-Less durable
-Loses in fist fight.
